ADMISSION NOTIFICATION
The Head Office will release paper advertisement once in 3 months inviting prospective candidates to apply to the regional Office. The regional office will allocate applications to the ATCs nearby the candidates for counseling / admission as per our standard rules and regulations. The ATC shall generate admissions by doing local publicity like newspaper advertisement, pamphlets distribution and other promotional activities for which Head Office will support by providing necessary art works, designs etc.,
APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION
The admission application form and prospectus can be obtained on cash payment of Rs.25/- from all PACE Authorized Training Centers. (Applications will be provided by Head Office)
ENROLLMENT FEE
Once the candidates are selected for admission, they are required to pay the enrollment fee on or before the due date prescribed. Those who fail to pay within the stipulated time shall not be considered for admission.
THE FILLED-IN ADMISSION APPLICATION & ENROLLMENT FEE
Filled in admission application, necessary documents and PACE Enrollment Fee as mentioned above by way of demand draft drawn in favour of “PACE COMPUTER EDUCATION PVT. LTD.,” payable at Hyderabad should be submitted to the nearest PACE Franchisee / ATC before the last date mentioned.
ENROLLMENT CARD & COURSE MATERIAL
The Head Office on scrutiny of the applications will select the eligible candidates for admission and accordingly send the list of admitted students & enrollment cards and first installment of course material to the respective centres for admitted students.
TRAINING & PRACTICALS
The theory and practical classes will be conducted by the ATCs according to norms of PACE. It is their sole responsibility to conduct quality classes and practicals to the best satisfaction of the students as per the curriculum as prescribed by the Head Office.
TUITION FEE
Tuition Fee should be paid according to the course opted and as per the brochure supplied by the ATC (approved by Head Office). Tuition fee includes training and lab.
FEED BACK
Support staff from Zonal Co-ordination Office will inspect the centres at random and get the feedback reports from the students to alleviate the problems of the students if any.
CERTIFICATION
Successful candidates will be issued certificates and marks memos by PACE in technical association with A Govt. of India Organization through franchisee/ ATCs.
PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE
Placement assistance is provided to such meritorious students who are registered with our placement division after completion of their course subject to fulfillment of the norms laid down by Head Office/companies/industries.
